Cihuapactli Collective

Cihuapactli Collective is a group dedicated to creating healing spaces for Indigenous womxn and their families. With a mission to provide healing through sharing stories, connecting resources, and revitalizing Traditional Knowledge and wisdom, the collective is committed to inclusively empowering womxn and their families. They offer culturally restorative education, food as medicine, prenatal care, birthing and postpartum support, and womb care throughout the life cycle. By providing resources that may be difficult to find or access, they extend care and health to their families and community. Known for their Ancestral Womb Wellness Gatherings (AWWG), the collective brings Indigenous families together to share knowledge and wisdom. Their gatherings honor Indigenous womxn and their diverse identities, promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Through workshops, trainings, and coalition building efforts, they focus on ancestral health and well-being. The collective is volunteer-based but hopes to grow to provide day-to-day services to the larger community. They also plan on launching social entrepreneurship opportunities and a podcast in the near future.
