Genna Matthew is a talented singer-songwriter who creates captivating folk-pop music. With her entrancing vocals and evocative lyrics, she effortlessly combines timeless roots influences with infectious indie-pop hooks. Genna's love for music began at a young age, growing up in the vibrant arts community of Charlottesville, VA, where she was deeply influenced by the sounds of the area's Folk and Americana scene. After completing her Masters in Contemporary Music Performance at Berklee College of Music's Valencia Campus, she embarked on a journey that inspired her forthcoming record. This record, which features artists, themes, and memories from her time abroad, is being developed and polished with the help of producers from White Star Sound Studio in her hometown of Virginia.
